Suiteworks is a Business Centre offering dedicated office space, co-working and part time office space and also virtual office services. We provide our clients with video conferencing, comfortable lounge areas and meeting rooms for large or small gatherings.

Suiteworks meeting rooms are popular with local small business owners. Even if you are not a Suiteworks client you can book a meeting room for your special off-site meeting. We have a range of boardroom sizes and can configure the set up of the furnishings for your presentation.

SuiteWorks will set up your meeting space according to your needs and have it all ready for you on the day of your event. Simply choose one of the meeting space configurations below and we’ll look after the rest. Our bright, fully-equipped, all-inclusive meeting rooms give you everything you need to impress. That includes all the big things like natural lighting, fast Internet and audio/video equipment, as well as the little things like free coffee and tea. All your needs are looked after, so you can focus on your meeting. We make sure your guests are comfortable and you’re taken care of. If you need anything, we’re right on site and available to help.

Suiteworks have 3 large boardrooms. The Simcoe Boardroom fits 10 to 25 people and The Muskoka Boardroom for 10-16 people. Need a larger space? The Town Hall Boardroom that fits up to 40 people Theatre style. We also have Private Boardrooms for small meetings of up to 6 people.

We have many different setup styles for our larger boardrooms.

The U-shaped Outside style.

  • The open end allows for a focal point or presentation area.
  • Allows presenter to approach and engage with each audience members.
  • Audience interaction is enhanced, with audience members facing each other.

This style is popular for training, conferences, workshops, meetings.

The Square Style or The Hollow Square Style or The Conference Style.

  • Audience interaction fully enhanced, with audience members all facing each other

This style is popular for discussions but it doesn’t allow for a main presentation area

The Classroom Style.

  • All of the seats are facing forwards towards the front of the function room.
  • Allows for note taking and consumption of plated food and beverage.
  • Aisles are required to ensure sufficient access to seating area.

This style is popular for training, conferences, sales kick-offs and product launches.

The Theatre Style.

  • All of the seats are facing forwards towards the front of the function room.
  • Maximum seated capacity is achieved for the function room.
  • Aisles are required to ensure sufficient access to seating area.
  • Audience interaction is hindered as audience members don’t face each other.

This style is popular for meetings, Annual General Meetings, or product launches where audience participation is not a factor.
