At SuiteWorks, we're particularly proud of our conferencing service. Our members hold meetings in a virtual face-to-face environment, while reducing their costs and their carbon footprint. Video conferencing brings people together, without time-consuming traveling, or gas consuming road trips.
The technology is available in all 7 of our meeting rooms. It's designed to plug you into connection points all over the world, and gives you the platform to meet, plan, collaborate and brainstorm online.

Meeting Rooms
At SuiteWorks, your meetings are our specialty.
Our bright, fully-equipped, and all-inclusive meeting rooms give you everything you need to impress. That includes all the big things like natural lighting and audio/ video equipment, as well as the little things like coffee and tea.
All your needs are looked after, so you can focus on your meeting. We make sure your guests are comfortable and you're taken care of. So, if you need anything, we're right outside.
Services
Our customizable services can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 70 guests.
Of course, we give you the free coffee, office space, and equipment for a great meeting. However, it's the experience that we provide that sets us apart.
It starts with our technology. We have you wired, whether you need a boardroom, classroom, or theatre style room. Our members get full access to Barrie's best collection of presentation and audio/ video equipment, at no additional charge:
- Internet connectivity for laptops
- DVD and VCR players and monitors
- Multimedia projectors
- Full size projection screens
- Multimedia electronic whiteboards
- Flip charts, markers and all the other stuff
Our equipment also comes with tech support, so you're free to run your meeting.
And of course, there's our always popular meal and refreshment planning. Your coffee is included in your room rate, or we can provide fully catered meals for big meetings, and simple snacks and beverages for smaller ones.
We can also provide you with administrative support, with access to UPS business services for last minute printing or shipping needs.
